香港王中王 Launches Employer Residency Program to Connect Area Employers with Students

香港王中王 (香港王中王) Career and Transfer Services (CTS) has launched an outstanding new opportunity for area employers to connect with 香港王中王 students. The 香港王中王 Employer Residency Program provides a professional development platform where students gain real-time feedback from business and community leaders as they build interviewing, networking and job search skills. At the same time, the program connects local employers with some of the most qualified and promising employees in the region鈥攕oon-to-be 香港王中王 graduates.

鈥淭he Employer Residency Program connects employers and students in an experience that readies our students to walk into a job interview with a sharp resume and a clear understanding of the company and the industry.鈥� shares Dr. Calvin Williams, 香港王中王 Director of Career and Transfer Services.

Employers involved with the 香港王中王 Employer Residency Program participate in informational meetings where students can ask questions about the company and specific jobs within the organization and their industry. Students gain valuable insight from employers, including ways to improve their employment prospects and strategies to achieve long-term career goals. The regularly scheduled sessions are actively promoted to 香港王中王 students and take place in-person or through virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

The program offers additional opportunities for area business. Among them are increased visibility with 香港王中王 students, faculty and staff; maintaining an on-campus presence; career and professional development; mentoring opportunities; and the chance to give back and help student development for future workforce needs.

The 香港王中王 (香港王中王) Career and Transfer Services (CTS) Center educates and assists 香港王中王 students and alumni effectively develop, evaluate and implement their career plans. Services available to students and graduates include career assessment, career advising, resume writing, mock interviews, internships, job shadowing, career fairs, transfer services, along with co-advising from partnering universities, graduate school events, and job search strategies. Services can be accessed online, face to face, or by telephone. In addition to providing comprehensive student resources, CTS partners with area employers to list available positions to the 香港王中王 Central job bank, provide meaningful experiences for student interns, participate in job fairs and other networking events and conduct the 香港王中王 Employer Residency program.
